Step 1: Consultation Call

Set up a time so we can get to know each other, talk about your event, and discuss which package option would be the best for your wedding planning needs.

Step 2: Secure Your Date

If we decide we are a good fit for each other, let’s make it happen! I require a 50% deposit and signed contract to secure your date, and then the fun begins! Because my books fill up so quickly, I recommend reaching out in the first few months of planning to ensure that your date is available and to utilize my resources to the fullest extent.

Step 3: Meet with Me

My packages include regular meetings to put together all of the details, vendors, and logistics for your event. We set goals and assign out tasks, so you’ll never be guessing “what’s next”.

Step 4: The Wedding Day

The day you have been waiting for is finallyyyy here! So sit back and relax while I handle everything and LET'S GET MARRIED!

ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The majority of my couples keep their total budget around $15,000-$40,000. The number is heavily dependent on the planning package you choose, venue, number of guests, food options, and other small details. I have a preferred list for all vendors in a range of different budget options.

  • Please note the maximum guest count per package is as follows:

    • The Elopement Experience: 20 guests

    • The Intimate Wedding Experience: 75 guests

  • I require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. A custom payment plan is created for the remaining balance, which must be paid in full 30 days prior to your wedding.

  • I will communicate with them to receive quotes for your day. I will pass along quotes that align with your budget and style. Once you are ready to book them, I connect you with them for payment and signing the contract.

  • Absolutely! Now what kind of destination wedding planner would I be if I wasn’t there to make sure it all happens?! It’s my pleasure to hold your bouquet or your dress (if you need a pee partner in the woods. Remember, I grew up in Vermont!), to make sure your hair is still in place, provide snacks and beverages, assist the photographer, and so much more!

  • Travel is included within the immediate area. If your wedding is more than 30 miles away, there will be an additional charge. This charge covers travel and accommodations for site visits and your wedding day.
